B-IT Applied Science Institute

The Master's program Autonomous Systems offered by b-it is based on a cooperation between the Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS) of the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft in Sankt Augustin and the Department of Applied Computer Science of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.

This 4 semester program leads to the degree 'Master of Science in Autonomous Systems'. For graduates of computer science programs, the M. Sc. in Autonomous Systems offers the possibility to deepen their knowledge and qualify in an innovative area of applied computer science. It provides graduates from other subject areas with an additional IT qualification.

The program is offered as a Master by research. During the whole course of studies, students participate in research and development projects carried out at the Fraunhofer Institute Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS). This accompanying internship constitutes a central part of the program and includes the writing of the Master's thesis.
