Development of novel algorithms for molecular similarity analysis and ligand-based virtual screening
Identification target-specific inhibitors through iterative virtual and biological screening
Computational methods for chemical genetics and genomics applications
Analysis of structure-function relationships of pharmaceutically relevant target proteins
